The Bagamoyo Country Club is in an ideal location if you want to enjoy the sea and a bit of peace away from the center of town. The fresh fish and veggies (the latter impossible to find anywhere but the Country Club) are delicious and enjoyed by the sea in an open air restaurant.

I stayed for 2 weeks with my girlfriend. The rooms are cosy and well equipped. But the absolute best thing was the staff.

They were some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Food is amazing also. Definitely the best meal in Bagamoyo!
