They helped with every request we had, and we were free to concentrate on our work because everything was in place and taken care of (tea breaks were on time, our conference room was always in good order and equipment was in place, etc.).

The room we had was air conditioned and well-lit, with lots of outlets for computers, etc.

The food was also excellent - the buffet was always ready when we needed it, with lots of good choice, and vegetarianism was happily accommodated.

The rooms in the new part of the building are lovely, and the internet service, which is included in the price, worked very well. The gardens and outside eating area is beautiful.

Again, in my experience, the service was great. Hotel staff in Tanzania are always lovely, but at Coral Beach, they really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

The English language abilities of the staff there are also excellent, which made communication a non-issue, which is nice when you are there for business and often pressed for time!
