Nairobi Java coffee house set the trend in the very competitive coffee house chain busines,
it's cut throat but through fine offerings they've managed to stay barely ahead of the pack ...
make sure you take home a pack of their locally prepared coffee beans you won't get anything as good anywhere else on the planet!!!
I was amazed at the customer service at Nairobi Java House. The food is delicious and I am in love with their milk shakes.
Keep up the good work. For those of us who don't think travel should mean you have to put up with lousy coffee, Java House is a welcome relief.
Clean and spacious facilities all over Nairobi, better coffee than Starbuck's, and, for that matter, better eats.
Prices are steep for locals - Ksh 150, or a little less than $2 for a medium coffee - but as the MasterCard commercial says, "some things are priceless.
"If you're looking for the closest thing to Starbucks in Nairobi, Java House is your ticket.
Each location features the same decor, the same menu, the same quality standard for food, the same uniforms, the same cutlery, and the same music.
The only difference is the location and layout of the premises.
While most Java House locations are in strip malls, I prefer the one at Ralph Bunche Road because it has a somewhat private outdoor green patio that's shielded from the street and parking lot.
