+ Discreet & tactful - none of the drama typical of Nairobi hotels

+ Perfect for business, travellers, backpackers, Globe-trotting clubbers, young unmarried couples,solo travellers and anyone on a budget.

The negatives:

- average surroundings. No view. Place was not originally designed as a hotel. No landscaping.

- basic furnishing. Don't expect Intercontinental / hilton standards

- may not be great for family, or husband/wife (especially if prone to nagging)
