Ingredients to make vegetarian chapati
•2 cups flour
•¾ - 1 cup water
•¼ teaspoon salt
•Melted butter
Directions
1.Mix all ingredients together; divide into fourths.
2.Roll each into a circle; spread thinly with melted butter.
3.Roll up like a small jellyroll and then roll it into a coil.
4.Roll flat again. Fry in a hot heavy skillet until brown on both sides.
5.They do not brown very well in a Teflon coated pan.
