Kola beach Resort Mambrui

I've just returned from 4 spectacular nights at Kola Beach Resort Mamburui…where do I begin? After 2 years of visiting the Kenyan coast, this is simply the best place I have stayed at.

The resort itself is small in comparison to those found in Mombasa and Diani, but that is in fact the best bit about it.

Your villa, the pool, the reception, the beach and the fantastic restaurant are all 2-3 minutes away making the whole resort accessible and enabling you to enjoy every aspect of it...

We were in a VERY large group of up to 40 people, not easy for any hotel to handle, however, the staff at Kola Beach attended to our every request - even to the extent of providing a personal chef for our party to cater for the vegetarian cuisine requirements.

The food on the a la carte menu was outstanding - ranging from fresh fish, to lobster, squid and fresh tiger prawns, being an Italian resort, the pasta was of course superb.

The pool area is very nice and uniquely laid out with white four posted beds and lounge chairs, it looks very chic.

The beach is completely isolated and feels like a private beach. It is very clean with no seaweed and very beautiful.

The majority of our party had not even heard of Mambrui, let alone Kola Beach, but we all left knowing that it is one of the best resorts on the Kenyan coast.
