We just wanted a hotel where we could wake up to the ocean and swim, view the ocean from our rooms, hear the sound of the ocean in the morning, view the sunrise from the ocean.

...oooh it was beautiful, take a walk by the beach and have our breakfast in the breeze of the ocean. .... We truly enjoyed every bit of our stay there.

It is located on the main Bamburi beach in Mombasa, so there is plenty of activity going on around this area.

The owners live on the property and are always around asking if everything is to our satisfaction.

The rooms are simply furnished but kept clean. I loved it that nothing in this hotel was exaggerated. It is a simple small family run hotel and it is on the beach front.

Having a drink on the terrace watching the sun set and the moon rise from the sea is one of the best experiences I had on this holiday.
