Sports and Recreation

At Oshwal College we appreciate the old saying that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy, to that extent the college has some put in place some measures to help the students cope with the pressure of studying.

Within the college there is a recreation room in which students engage in activities such as playing pool, darts, table tennis as well as an assortment of board games such as chess, scrabble and monopoly. The recreation room is open daily over break hour as well as after class.

The college also has access to more sports facilities such as a soccer pitch, cricket training cages, tennis courts, badminton hall, as well as a walk/running track. These facilities are all available the Oshwal religious centre. The Centre is also used to host cultural events as well as talent shows.

Other facilities such as squash, tennis and swimming pool are available at the Oshwal sports complex. We have a comprehensive sports schedule that caters for the students’ needs. Transport to the various sports and recreation venues are provided to and from the college.

Oshwal College was awarded Platinum Status on 12th October 2012. This is the highest level of approval.
