Step Town Motel in Kigali Town Rwanda is a fairly basic hotel; however, the welcome of the staff is very good.
From the manager downwards they all try to help.
The rooms are fairly basic, with no air conditioning - not that Kigali is too hot anyway. Internet is intermittent throughout the hotel.
Food is good in the bar/restaurant. One of the
good things about this place is that it is in a secure compound - there have
been reports of problems at other Kigali hotels.
There is quite a big hill to negotiate to get
into town - call a taxi if you are not fit and used to the altitude!
